We hope you're all doing great and enjoying the momentum that's building across the World Chase Tag® ecosystem. Here’s your quarterly update with key news, opportunities, and developments happening around the world:

Ranked Sessions – Beta Continues Until August

Our Beta phase for Squared™ Ranked Sessions is progressing well! We’ve gathered great insights from early testers and will continue fine-tuning the system through the end of August.

The first official season of Ranked Sessions will launch in September and run yearly until the following August.

WCT Academy™ – Season 1 Complete

The first full season of the WCT Academy™ has wrapped in France, with additional events held in China and Japan. We were personally involved in logistics and broadcasting, which also allowed us to gather valuable feedback.

Expect new media content soon highlighting the next generation of WCT talent to help drive awareness and boost local gym participation.

Looking ahead:

• Licensed gyms will be able to register youth teams and apply to host local or regional Academy events.
• All participation is voluntary, no requirement to run youth events or build youth teams.
• Full documentation (including pricing models, accommodation guidelines, and hosting responsibilities) will be shared this summer.

WCT7 France & USA – Coming Soon

This year marks a milestone: for the first time, licensed organisations are hosting official national qualifiers in the lead-up to Worlds.

Thanks to our hosts: City of Le Mans, City of Evry-Courcouronnes, Grand Paris Sud, Chase Tag® Arena, MVMNTM, NYX, and Dexterity Depot.

We aim to expand this model. A form will soon be sent out to gyms interested in hosting qualifiers or finals in their countries and starting next year, we’ll publish qualifying and national event dates just after Worlds.
