Thank you to everyone who joined us for yesterday’s quarterly call. For those who couldn’t attend, we’ve attached the presentation from the meeting to this email for your reference.

Here’s a summary of what was covered during the call:

• **Quarterly Meeting Overview:**We provided an outline of the topics, including updates on the WCT Academy, licenses/quads, upcoming events, and changes to the structure of our quarterly meetups.
• **WCT Academy & New Licenses/Quads:**The first WCT Academy event is scheduled for January 2025, with exciting new licensees and Quads being developed in South America, Africa, and Europe.
• **Upcoming Events:**WCT7 France is planned for April-May 2025, likely in Paris or northern France, and the World Championship will take place in Q4 2025. Exact dates will be confirmed soon.
• **Website & App Updates:**We’re consolidating our online presence under a single domain, worldchasetag.com (wct-emea.com & wctamericas.com will soon be gone), with expanded features for gyms, academies, and athletes. Additionally, a mobile app will launch in early 2025 to streamline event management and athlete tracking.
• **8-Meter Quad Improvements:**Updates are underway to make the 8-meter Quad more accessible for kids and enjoyable for athletes, with valuable input from 8m Quad owners.
• **Quarterly Meetup Changes:**We’re introducing monthly on-demand one-on-one calls with licensees (more information and details to come early 2025) and a quarterlynewsletter to replace the traditional group call format.
• **Addressing Gym Challenges:**Discussions focused on brand recognition, balancing perceptions of WCT as a sport vs. a TV show, and strategies for gyms to prioritize profitability over exposure.
• **New 1v1 Event Format:**A simplified 1v1 event format was introduced, aimed at engaging more participants, providing clear athlete rankings, and being easy to implement.
• **Gym Business Model Guidance:**Recommendations were shared on sustainable pricing, event profitability, and leveraging the new app and event format for success.
• **Roadmap & Next Steps:**The app and event format will enter beta testing in January 2025, with a full rollout in February 2025. Feedback from gyms during this phase is essential to refine the system.
